We have three membership levels; Premium, Dedicated, and Ultimate. Regardless of your plan, all members benefit from our unified whole health services spanning preventative, functional, and traditional medicine. All members enjoy access to a personal health team, same-day primary care appointments, vaccinations, annual health assessments, ongoing tests and assessments and functional health support. Membership also includes access to sleep coaches, mental health experts, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and physical experts. Clients may also benefit from additional VIP concierge care benefits such as a chauffeur service to and from Thyme appointments. Yes, you can nominate several individuals to share your membership with, the total number of associates is subject to the access level you have chosen. Premium allows for up to five associates, Dedicated seven and Ultimate up to nine.
Yes, you will need to be a member to see one of Thyme’s private healthcare professionals. Your membership will provide you with access to your personal health planner, who will help plan your health needs, including booking appointments and arranging specialist referrals. Our out-of-hours care with our private health consultants, including with our private GPs and nurses, is available on 0330 088 2020 and is subject to your membership level.

After signing up for your chosen membership, you will be introduced to all of Thyme’s medical concierge services included in your membership. All members benefit from our whole health approach spanning preventative, functional, and traditional medicine, including same-day private GP appointments.
