Our whole health management service enables us to curate bespoke health plans that meet members’ immediate and ongoing needs for the long term.

Premium is our introductory membership, providing members access to our unified whole health services spanning preventative, functional, and traditional medicine. Premium members can share the benefits of Thyme with up to five associate members enabling access to on-demand health experts, in-house diagnostics, and comprehensive health screenings.

  • More than 25 private appointments per year with Thyme’s leading health experts, including access to private GPs, nurse practitioners, personal health planners, and functional health experts, including physiotherapists, sleep therapists and nutritionists.
  • Comprehensive annual health assessments with a Thyme GP, incorporating functional health assessment and advanced blood and DNA analysis. This enables Premium health plan members to benefit from truly tailored health planning and care.
  • On-demand appointments, including same-day GP appointments, in Thyme’s luxurious and discreet spaces in central London and Hertfordshire. Annual vaccinations, including flu and Covid 19 PCR tests when required.

    PHASE 1: Understanding your health

    1. Your journey starts

    You will first speak with a Thyme Personal Health Planner. They coordinate your journey, including your initial consultations, and will function as a central point of contact guiding through your healthspan journey.

    1. Advanced Nurse Practitioner consultation

    A range of health assessments, administered by Thyme’s experienced nurses. Preventative tests are then analysed at our state-of-the-art laboratories.

    1. Scientific analysis of your biochemistry

    Scientific analysis of your tests allow us to understand your health needs at a cellular level, identifying areas in need of improvement or that require attention.

    1. GP consultation

    A meeting with one of Thyme’s GPs provides an opportunity to understand your results in detail. They will complete a full health history and lifestyle review.

    PHASE 2: Improving your health

    Your Thyme GP will develop a personalised plan. A personalised strategy that optimises your health and wellbeing for the long term. It will highlight priority areas and recommend next steps relating to functional medicine including your nutrition, mental wellbeing, sleep and physical health.

    PHASE 3: Managing your health (members only)

    Full membership to Thyme provides a highly personalised service of continued support to help you maintain optimal health. Our Personal Health Planners and GPs will guide you through any further preventive tests and your on-going support from functional medicine experts.

    Your Whole Health team will work together in the background to ensure your Healthspan strategy is relevant, effective and in progress.

    We are there when you and those you care about need us too. Members can share Thyme with up to seven family members or friends, including access to our experts and private GPs.

    Thyme’s annual Whole Health Checks are designed to determine your current state of health and to give the best chance of early detection of diseases and avoiding complications. The key to live a healthier life

    • Increased stress, lack of time for physical exercise and unhealthy eating can lead to gradual deterioration of our general health.
    • Some lifestyle diseases are ‘silent killers’- they harm our body without causing any symptoms. Our preventive Health Checks can screen for these diseases.
    • Many cancers are symptomless and not diagnosing them at an early stage can cost lives. People at risk of developing cancer can have a better chance of recovery if they invest in regular health checks.

    DR. RICCARDO DI CUFFA

    Dr. Ric spent nearly 10 years practising in London hospitals, obtaining extensive ENT knowledge, including a diploma in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery. He has over 13 years of expertise as a GP. He is the founder and chief medical officer of Thyme.
